I have concluded a contract for order processing with the above-mentioned provider. This is a contract required by data protection law, which ensures that they process the personal data of my website visitors only according to my instructions and in compliance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

5. What data do I collect and store for what purposes?

I process personal data collected within the scope of these data protection notices in accordance with the respective applicable legal regulations on data protection and data security of the Federal Republic of Germany. For me as a provider of telecommunications services, this is the Telecommunications Act (TKG) as far as it concerns telecommunications, telecommunications and data protection, the provisions of the Telecommunications Area-Telemedia Data Protection Act (TTDSG), and if telecommunications services are affected, the Telemedia Act (TMG). Since May 25, 2018, data protection has been based in particular on the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).

When you visit the website for purely informational purposes: If you look at my website and do not enter or actively send any data to me, I process the personal data that your browser transmits to my server. These are the following information: Anonymized IP address of the requesting computer, which does not allow any assignment, the visited URL(s), date and time of access, time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), content of the visited page, access status/HTTP status code, message whether the access was successful incl. the amount of data transmitted, browser type, operating system, language and version of the browser software.

I use the above-mentioned data only to ensure and improve the operation of my website, in particular to identify and correct errors on the website. The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. My legitimate interest arises from the purposes mentioned for data collection. In no case do I use the data collected for the purpose of drawing conclusions about your person. Nor are the data merged with other data sources. Another use or transfer to third parties does not take place. The aforementioned personal data is only stored for the duration of your visit and is deleted immediately thereafter.

When contacting by email: You can contact me via the provided email address. In this case, the data you provide (your email address, your name, and your telephone number, and other information you provide) will be stored in order to process your request and answer your questions.

The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, insofar as your inquiry is related to the fulfillment of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on my legitimate interest in effectively processing the inquiries addressed to me (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR), if requested.

The data sent to me via contact inquiries will remain with me until you request me to delete it, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g., after your request has been processed). Mandatory statutory provisions - in particular statutory retention periods - remain unaffected. I delete the data incurred in this context if the request is assigned to a contract after the contract term, otherwise after 72 months (according to GoBD), or restrict processing if there are statutory retention periods.

When contacting via contact form: If you send me inquiries via contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by me for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. I do not disclose this data without your consent. The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, insofar as your request is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on my legitimate interest in the effective processing of the inquiries addressed to me (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR), if requested. The data you enter in the contact form will remain with me until you request me to delete it, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g., after your request has been processed). Mandatory statutory provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.

Before submitting an email to me via the contact form, you agree to this privacy policy. • Additionally, this website uses reCAPTCHA (Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers and Humans Apart) to send emails via the contact form in order to distinguish bots from humans. The service provider for reCAPTCHA is Google Ireland Limited. However, personal data may also be transferred to the parent company Google LLC. This company is based in the USA. The use of the reCAPTCHA tool is permissible in Germany and the EU (as of 29.01.2024).

6. How long do I store your data?

If no specific retention periods are mentioned in this data protection declaration for the respective case, I will delete your personal data as soon as the purpose of the storage no longer applies. However, I must continue to store your data if I am obliged to do so by the European or national legislator in Union regulations, laws, or other provisions to which I am subject. However, when the storage period prescribed in the aforementioned standards expires, your data will be deleted, unless they are still required for a contract conclusion with me or for the performance of a contract concluded with me.

Notes on my answering machine: Messages left on my answering machine are stored there for a maximum of 30 days. Once a message has been listened to and its content has been noted, it will be deleted. The recording and storage of messages are done as digital voice files. All files are generated and processed exclusively on servers of the IT service provider Telekom.de.

7. What rights do you have as a data subject?

a) Information You can request information from me at any time in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR about the personal data stored by me. In particular, I will provide you with information on the purposes of processing, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage duration, the existence of a right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, or objection, the existence of a right to lodge a complaint, the source of your data if not collected by me, as well as the existence of automated decision-making including profiling and, if applicable, meaningful information about its details.

b) Correction You can request the correction of incorrect or incomplete personal data stored by me without delay in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR.

c) Deletion You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data stored by me in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR.

d) Restriction of processing You can request the restriction of processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR.

e) Data portability You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to me, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format or to have it transmitted to another controller, in accordance with Art. 20 GDPR.

f) Revocation of consent You can revoke consent given to me at any time in accordance with Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR. As a result, I may no longer continue the data processing based on this consent in the future.

g) Objection to data collection in special cases and against direct marketing You can object to the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR if there are reasons for doing so that arise from your particular situation or if the objection is directed against direct marketing. In the latter case, you have a general right of objection, which I will implement without specifying a particular situation. You can inform me of your objection informally by telephone, email, or using the postal address listed at the beginning of this data protection declaration.

10. How secure are your data?

All information you provide to me will be stored on servers within the European Union. Unfortunately, the transmission of information over the Internet is not completely secure, so I cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted to my website via the Internet. However, I secure my website and other systems against loss, destruction, access, modification, or distribution of your data by unauthorized persons through technical and organizational measures. I do not use any cookies on my website except for the technically necessary ones. I do not collect tracking information (no analytics tools).

I have activated the IP anonymization function on this website. As a result, your IP address will be truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area before it is transmitted to the USA. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide the website operator with other services related to website and Internet use.

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to me.
